Intact Insurance has long embraced supporting those nonprofits that matter most to members of our community. Whether sponsored volunteerism or financial support, giving back is essential to our culture. We additionally support educational opportunities through college scholarships and our matching gift program. These programs are available to Intact employees and our key agency/broker partners and funded by the Intact Charitable Trust.

Local giving; community living
Making an impact locally is our approach to giving back. Over 100 nonprofits are supported each year in areas where we live and work. Though our Community Engagement program, we support local nonprofits through employee volunteerism and charitable giving.
Learning matters
Each year, Intact awards $3,000 scholarships to 16 high school seniors and/or current undergraduate students, funded through our Charitable Trust. Eight are awarded to children and/or grandchildren of Intact employees and eight to the children and/or grandchildren of agents, brokers or wholesalers that Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions does business with.
