We're Strengthening our Fine Art Practice: Meet Rebecca Farah Al-Lahiq

We're pleased to announce that Rebecca Farah Al-Lahiq has been appointed as Vice President, Director of Fine Art Underwriting, North America.

With more than 20 years of experience in the Fine Art insurance industry, Rebecca has worked with leading public institutions, galleries, dealers, collectors, and art fairs across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Her background spans underwriting, broking, and risk management, giving her a deep understanding of the global art market.

Prior to joining Intact, Rebecca served as a Fine Art Broker at Lloyd's of London, Senior Fine Art Underwriter at AXA Art, and National Practice Leader at Great American Insurance Company. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with collectors, institutions, dealers, galleries, and other participants in the art ecosystem to develop specialized insurance solutions tailored to their unique needs. A respected industry leader, Rebecca is a member of Professional Advisors to the International Art Market (PAIAM) and ArtTable, and is a frequent speaker on art insurance and the trends shaping the global art market.

In her new role at Intact, Rebecca is leading the development and expansion of our North American Fine Art practice. She will leverage her extensive industry expertise, relationships, and strategic vision to support our broker partners, serve the evolving needs of the art community, and drive continued growth and innovation.
