Inland Marine Partner Summit

Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions’ Inland Marine division is excited to host its Partner Summit at The Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, AZ, November 3–5, 2026. This exclusive event is designed to celebrate and connect with our top-performing brokerage partners who have demonstrated outstanding results.

Eligibility & Qualifying Premium

Eligibility is based on the total qualifying premium produced by the brokerage, by producer code, during the measurement period.

Measurement Period: August 1, 2025 – August 1, 2026

Brokerages that produce at least $1 million in qualifying premium during the measurement period will be eligible for attendance.

Invitations will be sent once the measurement period concludes and eligibility is verified.  

Qualifying Premium Definition

Qualifying premium refers to all written premium produced by the brokerage within the defined measurement period. Written premium includes new business, renewals, and premium adjustments processed during the period. Cancellations, audits, return premium, and endorsements impacting premium will be reflected in the final qualifying total.

Unless explicitly excluded, all Intact Insurance Inland Marine products and segments are eligible to contribute toward qualifying premium.

Additional Terms

• Invitation Validity
  Invitations are non-transferable and apply only to qualifying brokers based on the above criteria. Substitutions are not permitted unless approved in writing by Intact Insurance. If a qualifying attendee leaves their brokerage before the event, Intact Insurance may, at its sole discretion, allow the brokerage to appoint a replacement, decline the substitution, or revoke the invitation entirely. Reassignments due to resignation, retirement, licensing issues, or termination will be reviewed case by case.

• Verification of Eligibility
  Intact Insurance reserves the right to verify premium data and eligibility prior to confirming attendance.

• Travel & Accommodation
  Details will be provided upon confirmation of qualification. Intact Insurance will cover specified costs as outlined in the official invitation; any additional expenses are the responsibility of the attendee (room upgrades, incidentals, room charges, personal purchases, additional nights, etc.).

• Compliance & Conduct
  Attendees are expected to comply with all event guidelines and maintain professional conduct throughout the program. Intact Insurance reserves the right to revoke participation for non-compliance.

• Cancellation & Substitution
  Intact Insurance may cancel or modify the event at its discretion. Substitutions are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing.

• Tax Responsibility
  Any tax implications related to attendance are the responsibility of the attendee and/or their organization.

• Force Majeure
  Intact Insurance is not liable for failure to host the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).

• Assumption of Risk
  Participation in any activities associated with the event, including optional recreational or social activities, is voluntary and at the attendee’s own risk. Intact Insurance assumes no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from such participation.
