OneBeacon Insurance Group, has introduced new Management Liability primary policy forms that deliver more comprehensive coverage to a broad range of organizations. The modular policy approach is designed to help minimize gaps in coverage, while providing flexibility to tailor solutions based on each client’s unique exposures.

  • The ability to share or separate the liability coverage section limits

  • Coverage sections available packaged or standalone

  • E-discovery consultant services available under the liability coverage sections  

  • Voluntary mediation retention credit, up to $25,000, under the liability coverage sections

  • The ease of selecting optional coverages and product-specific sublimits on the declarations page
