Generosity & Economic Resilience

Our Community Engagement program is designed to support local nonprofits through employee volunteerism and charitable giving. Several of our offices have collaborated with local organizations that enable economic resilience to children and their families. Our goal is to establish meaningful partnerships throughout the country with organizations that help disrupt the cycle of poverty for disadvantaged communities. Our partner organizations include United South End Settlements in Boston, MA, Denver Kids, Inc. in Denver, CO and UpTurnships in Minneapolis, MN.

Our Employee Networks

Our employee networks are vital components to building an inclusive environment and allowing our employees to both give and receive support from colleagues with shared identity or life experiences. These peer-to-peer experiences provide support, enhance career development, and contribute to personal development in the workplace.

This network is committed to promoting a positive and inclusive work environment while providing support and opportunities for employees thereby creating a safe space for open and honest discussions.”
  • Young at Heart’s mission is to “appreciate, connect, and develop professionals who are young at heart, age, and/or roles across the organization.”
